Boon Supply Fundraiser
The Boon Supply Fall fundraiser is our largest fundraiser of the year! The money raised from this fundraiser will help fund field trips, educational assemblies, and allow us to purchase additional iPads for students to use at Pembroke.
We greatly appreciate your support!

Fundraising Instructions:
  • Fundraiser runs from September 9th to September 25th for the 2019-2020 school year.

  • TAKING ORDERS: Fill out the three part Mixed Bag Order Form completely. Press down hard so all three copies are clear. All money should be collected as you take your customers orders. Payment is to be returned inside the plastic envelope provided, no later than 9/25/2019

  • RETURN: Return the white and yellow copies of the order form along with your payment to school. Keep the pink copy of the order form to deliver products to your customer; this is the only record of whom you sold to.
